To provide continuing education and training programs thereby maintaining a sufficient number of highly skilled, competent and professional intercollegiate soccer officials.

To foster the highest degree of soccer officiating by following a standard set of mechanics, uniform interpretation and consistent administration of the rules of soccer as set forth by the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association and the NCAA.

To serve educational institutions/associations playing or sponsoring intercollegiate soccer.

To cooperate with organizations and institutions officially related to the game of intercollegiate soccer in furthering its interests and ideals.
